About ezCyberSearch

Also known as: ezSearchBar

An IE toolbar. Its contents are loaded from a page at ezCyberSearch.com each time a new Internet Explorer window is opened, and may include link buttons and a search field.

Removal Instructions

Automatic Removal:

ezCyberSearch toolbar can be detected and removed Automatically by Spyware Doctor, also SpyEraser.

Manual Removal:

If there is no entry for ezCyberSearch in Add/Remove Programs, try opening a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories) and entering the following command. For Windows 95/98/Me:

"%WinDir%\System\regsvr32.exe" /u "%WinDir%\System\ezsearch.dll"
Or, for Windows NT/2000/XP:

regsvr32 /u "%WinDir%\System32\ezsearch.dll"
Then clean up as above.

1. Unregister these DLLs with Regsvr32, then reboot:
